DansBoard ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, password (encrypted), and optionally your full name. This information is used to manage your account and provide access to your DansBoards.
Each DansBoard stores data independently and in isolation. This includes caller information, show recordings, configuration settings, and usage analytics. This data belongs to you and is never shared between DansBoards.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription details necessary for billing.
We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service, such as feature usage, error logs, and performance metrics. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.

Each DansBoard is completely isolated from all other DansBoards. Data from one DansBoard is never accessible from another, even if they belong to the same account.
All data is encrypted in transit (using TLS) and at rest. Your passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and cannot be recovered.
Only you (and authorized users you designate) can access your DansBoard. We use role-based access control to ensure proper isolation and security.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:
Data for active DansBoards is retained as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.
When a DansBoard subscription is cancelled, data enters a grace period (30 days), then soft deletion (90 days), before permanent deletion (Day 121+). You can recover data during the grace and soft deletion periods.
Your account information is retained as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time, which will permanently delete all associated data.

DansBoard is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
